Located in Whitechapel, with 80 contemporary bedrooms including loft rooms with hot tub or Jacuzzi, based on its heritage of an old textile warehouse.
The décor complements the old with the new, exposed original brickwork with modern feature ensuites. The ground floor is a very open plan “public space” much like those in New York Hotels, we also have a bar and branded coffee & cereal concept.
In addition, our restaurant is a Marco Pierre White Chophouse for 120 covers complete with theatre kitchen. Marco Pierre White is an acclaimed chef, restauranteur and TV personality.
He has more than 35 restaurants across the UK under five different brands. His restaurants are not about Michelin cooking standards but his desire to make good, quality restaurant food that is accessible and affordable to varying budgets.
Chophouses first emerged in London in the 1690s serving individual portions of meat, known as chops, to their wealthy customers. Mr White’s aim is to keep the British chophouse tradition alive serving up succulent joints of meat within glamorous surroundings. Our menu cleverly combines English classics whilst also introducing a little French flair that epitomizes Marco’s cooking style. The menu focuses on steaks, grills and chops.
