Greenwich Park

Spanning across 74ha, Greenwich Park is one of the largest and oldest enclosed parks in London. History, landscapes dating back in the 17th century, great views and lovely gardens are all part of the UNESCO heritage site that blend in harmoniously to form this beautiful landmark in the South-East London.

Take in the spectacular views over the River Thames, the Isle of Dogs and the city, explore the wilderness and one of London's oldest deer parks, wander the popular Rose Garden and The Queen's Orchard, The Herb Garden or simply discover the ancient Roman ruins, peep inside the Royal Observatory to find out about the history of astronomy and navigation, an important role played, mainly due to its prime meridian location.

With so much to see and do around it, Greenwich Park makes for one of the biggest attractions in London and a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city
to an island of greenery.
